This is a part-time position to be completed during normal business hours (M-F):
Working in a dynamic office environment, your key areas of responsibility include the following tasks.
Manage purchase approval process
Manage payments to suppliers and settle other liabilities by due dates
Manage staff expenses process through Expensify and escalate overdue returns
Manage the petty cash account
Manage payroll processing with ADP and record in Microsoft NAV accounting software
Record payment transactions in Microsoft NAV accounting software
Generate customer invoices for consultancy services and reports according to sales contracts in Microsoft NAV accounting software and update CRM financials
Record receipt transactions in Microsoft NAV accounting software and CRM financials
Manage A/R collection efforts reporting aging to management and escalating defaults against terms
Maintain the fixed asset register and post monthly depreciation
Support preparation of monthly income statement and balance sheet
Support group reporting and responding to information requests
Prepare routine and adhoc analysis of account lines
Reconciliation of bank/credit card accounts, payables/receivables, payroll with-holdings and fixed assets
Maintain the archive of paper-based accounting records
Maintain paper-based customer files, (quote to receipt)
Upload documentation onto cloud-based database (SharePoint)
Interpret key elements to ensure compliance of insurance requirements, terms, billing specification, and payment deliverables
Inspect SOW and sales proposals to determine project timing, deliverables, costs, and billing structure
Manage new/amended vendor/customer approval process
Manage new/amended payroll approval process
